Order

We deliver orders throughout the country (except for temporarily occupied territories). Delivery times depend on the availability of goods in stock. If all selected goods are available, we will deliver the order within 1-2 weeks, depending on your region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, the maximum production and delivery time may be 6 weeks.

Online store – the site has an address on the Internet. Product – products presented for sale in the online store.

Client – ​​an individual or legal entity who placed an Order. Order – a duly executed Client’s request to purchase the Goods.

Transport company – a third party providing services for the delivery of Goods to Clients:

1. General Provisions

1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store represented by the site manager at the time of placing the order.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions stipulated by this Agreement. The acceptance of this agreement by the Buyer is the placement of an order through the website of the Online Store.
3. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods can make a purchase in the online store.
4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.

2. Placing an order

1. To place an Order, it is necessary to indicate the actual contact details of the Client in the Online Store.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.
3. The Client's order can be placed in the Online Store.
4. After placing the Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Client.
5. If the Customer places an Order for a Product in a quantity greater than the Seller has in stock, the Seller shall inform the Customer by sending a message by e-mail or by phone, specified by the Customer during registration, about when the Product will be available; the quantity of the Product is missing. The Customer has the right to agree to accept the Product in the quantity available from the Seller, or to cancel this item of the Product from the Order. In case of failure to receive a response from the Customer within 3 days after notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
6. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples and a text description, which is the property of the online store.
7. The presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and text information: description, characteristics, dimensions, price per unit of production, containing information about the main consumer properties of the goods.
8. Some products may differ from those shown in the photograph, namely the shade, the pattern on the equipment body, the color of the body, etc. If the Client has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product before placing the Order, the Client should contact the Seller.
9. No later than 1 day after prepayment, in case of cancellation of the prepaid Order, the prepayment amount is fully returned by the Seller to the Client in a manner agreed upon by the parties; after 1 day, the client is obliged to redeem the order.
